In our first article, called, "What Does It Take to be a Dancer?" we talked a little bit about passion. However, there is so much more to passion than just practicing, so we decided to write an article all about it!
When a dancer is performing, they get a special feeling. At first, they are nervous, but then, they are overjoyed. After all, they are performing a dance they worked so hard on at the studio! (That's passion!) Also, when dancers are on stage, they are proud of themselves. They are proud of all the hard work (again, passion!) that they have put into this dance. Performing is something so special, where you just HAVE to be excited! And passion shows this--all that hard work in the studio from really, really wanting to dance results in an outstanding performance.
Speaking of being in the studio, there definitely is a lot of passion going on. Dancers need to feel determined to keep going and work harder. Otherwise, there is no passion, no desire, to dance anymore. While dancers are in the studio practicing, they give it their all. Even if it's just another day in the studio. Mainly because it's never JUST another day. There's always work to be done. There are always improvements to make. There's always SOMETHING. There's always passion. Whether it's on the dance floor, or in the studio, Dancers are always executing passion. Why? Because that is what we love to do. (:
